Running Agile

A Practitioner’s View To Agile

About

Welcome to my blog.

I am the CTO of Gorilla Nation the largest online advertising sales representation company and AtomicOnline. Prior to GN, I spent 3000 days at Shopzilla.com, the leading shopping search engine where I served various positions: software architect, VP of operations, VP of Product Development and Engineering, agile evangelist / coach an uber scrum master.

For years, I built a rigid command and control waterfall process, and brought development to a halt.

One day,  I stumbled upon the Agile Manifesto, turned 180 degrees and never looked back.

Today, I am a Certified Scrum Coach, and implement lean/kanban to build, launch and operate a variety of products and web sites.
