I also notice that the speaker often mentions using Scrum outside of software development - marketing, sales, VC, church programs, etc.  This is my biggest interest in Scrum.  I helped a manufacturer implement Scrum methods in a transfer-pricing project with a consultant firm.  (It was more like &#039;Scrum-Butt&#039; as the speaker calls it). 

The theoretical part of the video is excellent - these ideas need to be understood, or at least trusted, in order to have commitment to adopting Scrum.]]></description>
